Awful customer support! If they happen to send you the incorrect size shoes, good luck getting help. They will NOT get back to you.

I didn't get half of what I ordered. They ain't responding to my emails and there's no phone number for customer support. I'm down almost $200.

This company is just plain awful. I received counterfeit Air Force 1s, and they couldn't care less about refunds or exchanges. Honestly, I hope they go out of business; it's just that bad.

I got myself a pair of sneakers along with two hoodies from this place, and I’m super pleased with what I got. When I tried to search for them online again, the site went all wonky, and now I can’t track down any sneakers.

I wish I could rate them with no stars. This company is TERRIBLE. Back in November 2021, I ordered two pairs of sneakers and I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY ORDER. I've contacted them six times and was promised a refund. Two months have passed and still, NOTHING. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM. I JUST WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED.

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes back in late October. The first pair showed up at the start of January, which was alright since I had seen reviews mentioning it takes about 2-3 months for delivery. However, the second pair still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried reaching out via email, Instagram, and the refund email listed, but no one has replied. I waited a good while for them to fix the issue. It’s really frustrating and quite disrespectful for a business to ignore all those emails. While I do love the first pair, I can’t recommend this company to anyone. Now, I’m out both a pair of shoes and my cash. Seriously, steer clear of this place. From what I gather, a lot of folks have faced the same problem.

This so-called company is nothing but a scam, and I really wish I had checked out reviews before I bought my son some shoes for Christmas that never showed up. After trying to reach out multiple times, all I got were these obviously automated responses explaining the delays. I placed my order back in November 2021, and here we are in May 2022. That's a hundred bucks down the drain! I've even reported them. Honestly, after seeing all the negative feedback, I can't believe the authorities haven't stepped in to look into this. Shame on these crooks! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; THEY'RE A FRAUD!

Seriously, don’t waste your hard-earned cash on this company. I never got my items. After I left a negative review, they sent me emails with fake apologies, claiming a label was made, but nothing ever arrived. I ended up shelling out more money to get gifts for my granddaughter. They seem to be all about giving shoes to influencers for promotion but totally neglect their paying customers. This so-called small business is just a bunch of scammers, especially after seeing all the other terrible reviews!

What a total rip-off! You fork over your cash and never get your shoes! There’s no customer service number, and I’ve sent more than 15 emails without a single reply! Had to go and file a dispute with my bank!!!! Just awful, awful, awful!!!!!!

This company is just the worst and has scammed a ton of folks right before the holiday season. It's downright criminal. I placed an order for some shoes and got nada. When I reached out to customer service, I got a cookie-cutter reply that seemed like it was generated by a machine. I’ve already reported them to my bank and the Better Business Bureau. Absolutely disgusting!

Absolutely terrible customer experience. The site indicated that my delivery would take around 2-4 weeks. I ordered a pair of shoes in mid-September, hoping they'd show up by the end of October, right in time for my birthday, but I was way off. Now it's mid-December, and I'm still waiting for my shoes. I reached out via email to request a full refund, but they completely ignored me. Is this really the kind of service customers deserve? I won't be returning here.

I ordered a Nike set for next-day delivery, but after two days, I thought it was just a delay. I had to reach out to them myself to find out what was going on. They replied saying my order was flagged as fraudulent, even though I had already paid! They promised a refund but then started ignoring my messages. Now, I'm still waiting for a response. The Bank of Scotland told me they get complaints about this site every day! Seriously, don't buy from here.

I placed an order on October 5. Checked the order on the site, and it ain't in transit yet. Customer service is swamped. No one picks up my calls. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this site.

The customer service is just awful. I bought some shoes for my daughter's birthday, and she spent ages picking out what she wanted. I placed the order back in early August, and here we are in late October, and still no shoes. I've reached out to the company multiple times, and all I hear is that production takes a while and that I’ll receive an order code eventually. Honestly, I can only think that the glowing reviews here are fake, probably written by the company itself, because this feels like a total scam. Seriously, don’t bother ordering.
